Laverstoke Park Farm Buffalo Mozzarella Review

Image borrowed from www.laverstokepark.co.uk
Rating: 10/10, available as a 125g ball for £2.64 or 5x25g balls for £2.64 from Laverstoke Park Farm Organics, but there is a minimum order price of £30 + delivery.

Following on from this post, we put our order in. It arrived so quickly that we could barely contain ourselves & we promise to review the rest of the order once we've gotten to it.

Laverstoke Park Farm is a biodynamic farm run by a former Formula One driver. They feed their herd of buffalo grass and 31 herbs, grasses and clovers which is said to make the milk sweet and fragrant. Their mozzarella, made from their own buffalo milk, is made with no preservatives or additives and has less food miles than the stuff you get at your local supermarket.

Oh...my...Goodness!! This Mozzarella is AMAZING. So creamy and delicious, more importantly it's light. We've used it in salad, on our wheat-free, high protein pizzas and it has been a real treat. If you have been um-ing and ah-ing about whether to put an order in we can highly recommend this. Just typing this has got me craving pizza!!
